Allowing Culture, Music, and Art, to Funktion as One

The Story
Jackson wanted a sound system since he was tuning car subs in high school. The community kept him going, and now he shares the sound with it.
Jackson Maier founded Funktionality Presents in 2025. He has wanted a sound system since high school, back when he was tuning the subs in his Subaru Forester.
In 2022, Jackson lost his brother to suicide. A year later, he lost his mom the same way. The community kept him going, and through an inheritance he was able to buy the rig. He named it after his mom: Lenee' (pronounced LEN-AE). Something beautiful grew out of the hardest years of his life, and now he gets to share it.
The first part of the rig came from his good friends at Not Sure Productions. The subs came from Lost Horizons Productions, one of the biggest production companies in the country. They run the main stage at Infrasound Festival and the Grove stage at Shambhala.
Catch Lenee' at your favorite festivals. Jackson is grateful for everyone who has helped and supported the project, and he feels blessed to bring it to live shows.
Packages
Every package ships with FOH operation, so the rig arrives with the people who know how to run it.
Custom package. Choose exactly the gear that fits your room, your crowd, your budget. Add CDJ-3000s and a mixer to any package.
Reach out below about custom packages.Straight talk on pricing. Venue conditions, production scope, and travel distance move the number. Reach out and we'll work something proper out. Capacities are accurate, but headroom is how you get the deep, physical sound this rig is known for.
The Rig
Six subwoofers move the low end as pressure you feel through the floor. The Res 4 tops hold the mid range warm and the highs clean at volumes where most rigs turn to mush.

Work With Us
Every show needs more hands than it looks like. Someone runs cable, someone stacks subs, someone keeps the coffee alive at load-in and the water alive at load-out.
We're looking for people who want to be on that truck: crew who know a snake from a stage box, DJs with a mix to share, and volunteers who just want to see how a real system gets built and torn down.
Any level. If you're curious and you show up, we can teach the rest. Reach out below and tell us what you're into. We'll talk production and figure out if we're a fit.

Booking
Date, place, and how big you're thinking. You'll get a straight number back, with no packages you didn't ask about.
